 Back to School Forms – REQUIRED for All Students (Grades 6-8)

All students must complete the School Forms Program through Arbiter. This includes:

  • Updated Parent/Guardian & Student Info

  • Health Information

  • Handbook Acknowledgment

  • Trip Permission

  • Acceptable Use Policy

  • Chromebook Responsible Use Agreement

  • Wednesday, October 8th from 3:45 to 7:30pm

  • Thursday, October 9th from 3:45 to 7:30pm

Conference locations:

  • 6th Grade in the Library/Commons

  • 7th & 8th Core Teachers in North Gym

  • Exploratory Teachers in Cafeteria
