Bulldog Excellence

Thank you for making Big Blue Day such an incredible success! Your energy and support set the tone for what’s shaping up to be a year of Bulldog pride and academic focus at Gering High School.

We’re leaning further into academics, we are excited to celebrate 34 students who improved their ACT scores by three or more points and anticipate adding even more Bulldogs to the tally of dual GHS and college graduates by May. These successes show what happens when determination meets opportunity.

In case you missed it, we’ve also moved GHS Links (alternative high school) to our campus to give students in the program greater access to certifications and workforce pathways. It’s all part of preparing every Bulldog for success after graduation.

It’s a great time to be in Gering, and your partnership with us is helping set a strong foundation for the year ahead. Together, we’re building a future full of promise for every student.
